I’m Karl Saar, formally Karl-Kristjan Saar. I’m CEO and co-founder of Kratt, an audit-led AI systems partner in Tallinn.
I’ve worked with language models since 2020. Most of that experience goes into deciding what should never be a model call at all. The rest goes into the part nobody sees, like queues, retries and a fallback for the day the model is down.
Kratt started inside a real-estate group, where we first built voice agents and automations for our own sales and operations. Then other founders started asking.
At 17 I had a student company selling reflective raincoats. It left me with the habit of learning by doing and staying close to the problem.
